Ignite is a upscale boutique studio in the heart of Carrollwood that specializes in Barre, Bounce, Cycle and Yoga.

Barre

Barre is a low impact full-body workout incorporating isometric movements to bring the body to fatigue, then immediately stretching the muscles worked to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body.

Ignite offers 50 minutes Barre and 45 minutes HIIT barre, which combines the classic moves of barre with cardio centric intervals.

Bounce

Get ready for a high adrenaline, low impact, trampoline fitness class that will leave you feeling energized!  Set to upbeat, fun music, you will work through Bounce cardio sequences that will challenge your mind and body.  Bounce incorporates strength training and balancing work, all while strengthening your core throughout class.

Cycle

Ignite offers rhythm based cycle classes for any fitness level. There are two class types, the first is 45 minutes mix of strength and endurance choreographed to upbeat music, incorporating the cardio you love with added weight work. The next class type is a 30:30. 30 minutes of cycle followed by either 30 minutes of barre or yoga to complete your workout experience.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that enhances your ability to combine the breath with movement. Ignite offers Restorative yoga, Power and Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga Sculpt. Restorative is our gentle option geared to stretch and relax your mind and body, Flow classes connect breath to movement in continuous series of postures, with the Power classes giving the option for more advanced poses. Yoga Sculpt connects the breath to postures, with the added weight work to shape and tone your body. All Yoga classes whether strong or gentle end with meditation to complete the practice.
