About Us

Welcome to Ignite

Ignite is the product of two women dedicated to providing a well-rounded fitness experience for all; one where clients can have their choice of classes, each one providing a true full body  workout.

While teaching together at a studio offering very specific types of fitness classes, these women  envisioned a space of their own that could offer it all; cycle, barre, yoga and more. Ignite IS that  studio! It is an inviting space with state-of-the-art equipment, talented instructors and a spa-like  atmosphere not found in large gyms. We even have an area for kids to “hang out’ while mom and dad get a workout in. With classes offered in barre, bounce, cycle, and yoga, Ignite is truly  the one-stop shop it set out to be.

The Ignite family is truly a diverse community, with members spanning all walks of life; age, occupation, gender, body type and race, all joining in a common goal of becoming a more fit  and physically healthier version of themselves while cheering each other on along the way. We invite you to join us for a class, then stay and become part of Ignite studio family.

Why Group Fitness

01.

Studies have shown a person works harder as a member of a group than they do when working alone. This phenomenon is called the Köhler effect, and it all comes down to the fact that no one wants to be the weakest link.

02.

Show up to a particular class and you just entered a room full of other people interested in that class, so there’s your ice breaker. Add in the rush of endorphins you get from exercising, and you’ve got a real chance to make friends with those around you.

03.

Work out with a group, and the motivation takes care of itself, as the instructor encourages you to keep moving.

04.

Those who exercise as a group report better mental, physical and emotional quality of life measures than solo exercisers.

05.

Between the upbeat music and the we’re-all-in-this-together atmosphere, group classes can provide a surge of positive energy.

Expert instructors

Roxana, Owner at Ignite
Roxana - Owner

Roxana attended St. Lawrence Catholic School and later, Tampa Catholic. Although she graduated with her BA in Culinary Management, her minor in Dance was where her heart was and the path she chose.

She started her teaching journey in dance and quickly transitioned into the fitness world.  She is certified in Yoga & Barre and has been teaching both disciplines for almost a  decade. Roxana is also a former NPC competitor and is certified in a multitude of other fitness disciplines — cycle and weight-lifting to name a few. Health and fitness continue to be a huge passion.

Roxana lives in Land-O-Lakes with her husband and their 5 kids, their dog, lizard, and fish! In her spare time, she enjoys taking adult ballet and cooking & baking, especially with her kids. She is active in shuffling her kids to sports practices and attending their games & performances. She is thrilled to be co-owner of this beautiful space!

Ebony, Owner at ignite
Ebony - Owner

Ebony brings more than a decade of professional sales experience to the table. After minoring in Women’s Studies as an undergraduate, she continued at Stony Brook  University for her MBA in Marketing & Management.

As a certified Barre instructor, fitness is a core part of her life, as she believes in maintaining a healthy body and mind. Ebony is also a Girl Scout leader and board member on her local PTA who takes giving back to the community seriously.

Her other interests include traveling, cooking, or burying herself deep within the pages of a thrilling book. She is very passionate about creating real change for both women and BIPOC’s. She and her husband live in Tampa, FL with their four children.

Morgan, Manager at Ignitte
Morgan - Lead Teacher

Morgan is a Tampa Native and studied marketing at USF. Sports and fitness have been a  part of her life from a young age, and took up teaching in 2019 when one of her best friends bought a studio. Holistic Health is very important to Morgan, and she loves watching the clients grow and transform in class. She works full-time in action sports marketing and is also a freelance interior designer. In her spare time, she enjoys working on restoring her 1920’s bungalow in Ybor, being outside, and adventuring with her boyfriend and 3 dogs.

Justin Sanger - Instructor

Justin is 31 years old and has been cycling since 2020 where he found his love for it through peloton. He’s also a certified personal trainer through ACE.

Justin has performed in shows and parades at Disney for 10 years and while he’s originally from
Maryland, he has lived in downtown Tampa for just over a year.

Justin is a master of many skills and is a commercial actor, model and bartender.

Adria Iraheta - Instructor

Adria is originally from California, but has called Tampa home for over
five years. Growing up, she danced competitively and played sports in high school, so the transition into teaching cycling was a natural next step! Her mantra: passion is the purpose that drives you forward. Her mission is to bring the mind-body-soul connection to every ride, and loves seeing riders level up together – both on and off the bike! She believes music is a huge part in that, and finds so much joy in creating the perfect
playlist for each class (her DMs are always open for song requests!).

Adria is currently a communications and marketing specialist, but in a
former life she was a TV news reporter. When she’s not teaching or taking group fitness, she enjoys long walks on Bayshore, hosting book club, going to concerts, attending Tampa sporting events, and spoiling her dog Luna!

Meghan Bouboulinis - Instructor

Meghan has been in the fitness industry since 2013. She holds certifications in personal
training, group fitness, and many specialties including spin, yoga/meditation, and prenatal fitness. Having moved a lot, Meghan has also taught in Chicago (where she was born and raised), Nashville, and Autin.

After a life changing leg injury, Maghan was forced to take a step back from high intensity training and had to learn how to walk again. It was during recovery that she discovered yoga and meditation and realized that mental health is just as important as physical.

When she’s not teaching or taking a class, you can find her working as a marketing and communications director, exploring new beaches, and spending time with her husband, toddler, and dog!
