Absolutely not! Ignite classes are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions to ensure every participant feels challenged and successful.
Ignite combines innovative class offerings, a welcoming community, and highly skilled instructors to deliver a fitness experience unlike any other in Tampa.
We recommend attending at least 3-4 classes a week to achieve noticeable results in strength, stamina, and flexibility, but every visit moves you closer to your goals.
