Went for broga with the bro! Roxana was our instructor! SHE WAS AMAZING!! she made it look easy while teaching us how to properly stretch!! The atmosphere was amazing with very nice staff!! I definitely recommend this place to all in search or yoga, or BROGA!!

Roxana, Ebony and all of the other instructors are great at teaching their classes. You get a really good work out and I'd say if you stay consistent with it you will get really fit from taking these classes. The yoga, barre, cycle and bounce classes are top notch and are great forms of exercise

Ebony was great!!! I took the Bounce class and it was so much fun! The gym is very clean and love that there is a shower (stocked with everything you need)!!!! Definitely will be back!

Joining Ignite is simple—sign up online or visit our Tampa studio to explore our schedule of barre, cycle, yoga, and bounce classes.

Expect an engaging workout led by expert instructors, whether you’re pulsing at the barre, sweating through an intense cycle session, flowing in yoga, or bouncing to fun cardio routines.

Absolutely not! Ignite classes are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions to ensure every participant feels challenged and successful.

Ignite combines innovative class offerings, a welcoming community, and highly skilled instructors to deliver a fitness experience unlike any other in Tampa.

We recommend attending at least 3-4 classes a week to achieve noticeable results in strength, stamina, and flexibility, but every visit moves you closer to your goals.

Consistency is key! Most members report feeling stronger and more energized within a few weeks, with visible changes in tone and flexibility after a month of regular attendance.
